Life Goals…

For my Adult Roles class, we have to make a list of 50 goals we want to accomplish before we die. I decided, this would make a good topic to write about so here it goes…

1. Become fluent in German
2. Get another 4.0
3. Get married in the temple
4. have at least 1 kid
5. become and elementary school teacher
6. Minor in German
7. Move to Germany for 1 or 2 years to teach english
8. Go to New York
9. Travel to at least 3 countries in Europe
10. Go to Disneyland
11. graduate high school
12. learn to tolerate onions
13. learn to make fresh Spaetzle and Maultashen
14. Study abroad
15. become a foster mom when my children are grown
16. Have a sister night once a month
17. audition for the school talent show
18. put together a photo book to take to Germany with me
19. save 1/2 of every pay check I get
20. return home form Germany with at least $3,000
21. learn to sew
22. have a garage sale
23. kiss in the rain, and in the snow
24. dance on my door step
25. meet someone famous
26. keep my room clean for a month
27. go on a road trip
28. buy a laptop
29. learn a hymn in German, and sing it in Church
30. get my Young Womens medallion
31. Go a whole day without a negative thought about myself
32. loose 10 lbs
33. learn to drive a standard
34. write a poem about each of my nieces and nephews
35. build a snowman with my nieces and nephews
36. call home at least once a month after I move out
37. develop better letter-writing skills
38. UPDATE MY BLOG AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FOR 2 MONTHS
39. go 1 whole month being 10 minutes early for work.
40. try a new and unusual fruit at Macey’s
41. learn to play the piano
42. be able to run 4 miles easy
43. buy my own house
44. buy a new car
45. begin a savings account for each of my children when they are first born.
46. Go on a mission(either when I’m 21 or a couple mission later)
47. after I get married, Go to the temple with my husband at least 3 times a month
48. Go skiing in the Swiss Alps
49. Have Sunday morning pancake breakfast tradition after I get married
50. Carry on the “C-Dinner” tradition for Christmas eve

Those are just a few I did for the class, but I am going to continue the list, until it reaches 100! who knows, then maybe I’ll organize it?!
